  • 18 oz (500g) of sauerkraut
  • 1-2 oz (30-50g) of dried mushrooms
  • 1onion
  • 3garlic cloves
  • 3bay leaves
  • 3allspice berries
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
